Throughout her career, Jolene has conducted comprehensive organizational assessments, evaluating the current structure, culture, systems, and processes within various organizations. Leveraging these insights, she has designed and implemented strategies to enhance the organization’s performance, efficiency, and effectiveness.

As an international speaker, Jolene has had the opportunity to share insights and learn from diverse audiences around the globe. This experience has not only broadened her perspective but also enriched her approach to organizational development.

Pabitra Khanal

As the Chief Operating Officer at Agile Academy, I lead the strategic vision and operations of a career coaching and training company that helps aspiring professionals land and excel in agile roles. I am a certified Agile Coach, a Program Consultant with Scaled Agile, and an Agile Team Facilitator with over ten years of experience in the business side of tech.

Along with my husband, I co-founded The Agile Coach. On this platform, we create impactful courses and content to guide people through career breakthroughs in Business Analysis, Scrum Mastery, Product Ownership, and Agile Coaching. Through our immersive programs, we have helped hundreds of students gain the skills, mindset, and confidence to transition into the agile industry. 

I am passionate about sharing my knowledge, expertise, and experience that I have gained from working in multiple multinational companies and startups as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach.
